標題[問題] FonePad 7 第一天觸控螢幕就壞掉了

今天在台北信義區神腦 (特約服務中心)買了一台FonePad 7 在試用的時候很正常就帶回家了，回家後做了這些事情： 1. 輸入gmail帳號 2. 充電 3. 更新韌體 去洗個澡回來發現手機的觸控面版整個故障 螢幕下半部點不準(所以sim卡密碼一直輸入錯誤)，上半部整個不反應 我不瞭解發生了什麼事情，但是手機今天才剛買，遇到這種事情實在有點生氣 之前聽說神腦都是新品不良七天內直接換新機，請問版友： 1. 現在還是離櫃後新品不良直接換新嗎？ 2. 可以在不同的"特約服務中心"處理相關的問題嗎？還是一定要回去原服務中心？ 3. 現在對於這支的品質有點疑慮，可以要求退貨換其他的手機嗎？ 先謝謝大家的回答了～～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.109.98 ※ 編輯: Rhomboid 來自: 1.34.109.98 (12/08 22:31)
