台矽能攜手法商　布吉納法索開發電廠

【高佳菁／台北報導】太陽能業者拓展國民外交，積極布局邦交國電廠開發案，繼碩禾日前取得我友邦帛琉公用事業公司5MW太陽能電廠優先議約權，預計年底前完成電力採購合約簽署，台灣矽能攜手法商M&A前進中非邦交國布吉納法索，雙方將在明天簽定規模高達30MW的合作備忘錄，明年上半年正式展開電廠開發案。
 
台灣矽能（5296）執行副總張凡表示，雙方明天將簽署30MW的合作備忘錄，未來電廠在融資、管理、EPC（Engineering Procurement Construction，工程總承包商）、維修等將由台矽能負責。
 
張凡指出，30MW未來將視地形決定蓋電廠的方式，原則以蓋農業電廠為主，初估投資金額約需30億元。
