鬆綁水庫集水區開發 環團籲撤草案

民視 – 

內政部今年6月通過「水土保持法修正草案」，放寬水土保持比例，9月又提出「全國區域計畫草案」，更計畫鬆綁水庫集水區開發限制，引來環保團體及原住民不滿，認為原有的自然景觀被破壞，取而代之的是財團進駐，原住民無法生存，下午因此集結在內政部抗議，要求撤回草案。

近50位來自全台各地的原住民及環保團體，高舉布條，在內政部門外大聲抗議，因為「水土保持法修法」及「全國區域計畫草案」，鬆綁水庫集水區等保護區，根本是錯誤決定。

一棵一棵樹紛紛倒下，象徵土石流的黑色布條，覆蓋而上， 環保團體擔心，一旦放寬特地水保區的標準，釋放出83%的土地開發，再加上目前送行政院核定的「全國區域計畫草案」，研擬鬆綁水庫集水區租售、開發限制，因此質疑這一連串修法，都是為了圖利財團，因此要求內政部撤回兩個法案，重新再審。

儘管內政部同意舉辦公聽會，但平息不了抗議民眾怒火，修法備受質疑，攸關國家永續發展的草案能不能過，還是未知數。
