亡命毒鴛鴦　擁槍自重遭逮

【林錫淵、楊適吾／高雄報導】涉及2007年11月高市苓雅區好樂迪KTV殺人案的謝姓男子（29歲，毒品、強盜、竊盜前科），去年底被判刑15年，謝男未到案服刑，今年4月遭通緝；謝男與染毒劉姓女友（24歲）四處藏匿躲避警方查緝，為防身謝男還隨身攜帶長短槍。

高市刑大偵三隊七分隊上月獲知謝男租屋在苓雅區三多路三和市場一棟透天厝，昨日上午趁劉女外出買東西返家時，先控制劉女後衝入屋內逮人，當時謝男在睡夢中被逮，警查扣霰彈槍1把、霰彈9顆、P99手槍1把、道具子彈6顆、安毒及K他命各1包，偵訊後依《毒品危害防制條例》、《槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例》送辦。
