中低收 負擔家計 替代役男可提前退役

為協助有特殊需求的替代役男負擔家計，內政部昨天修正相關規定，放寬役男申請提前退役的條件。下個月底起，中低收入戶、家人患有重度身障、家有幼兒且配偶懷孕的替代役男，均可向戶籍地鄉鎮市區公所申請提前退役。

內政部昨天上午召開部務會報，會中修正通過《替代役役男提前退役辦法》部分修正草案。此次修正，主要是推動募兵制的相關配套措施，協助解決中低收入戶役男負擔家計問題，放寬役男申請提前退役的條件。

內政部表示，《替代役役男提前退役辦法》增訂「役男家庭依社會救助法核列為中低收入戶」、「役男父母、子女或配偶患有重度以上身心障礙」或「役男育有未滿十二歲之子女一名、且配偶懷孕六個月以上」者，均可申請提前退役。

內政部表示，相關辦法今年七月底修正發布，替代役役男若符合本次修正放寬條件，可向戶籍地鄉鎮市區公所申請。
