民團要求慈濟內湖園區應依法環評

對於慈濟內湖園區開發案，內湖保護區守護聯盟、蠻野心足生態協會、台灣生態學會明天上午將來到北市府大門口，要求北市府環保局應依法舉辦環評。

北市府環保局說，慈濟內湖園區開發案是否要辦理環評，需由目的事業主管機關：建管處、發展局等單位決定，並送案件到環保局，環保局才會受理辦理環評。
