妻指控診所醫死夫　檢判自然死亡不起訴

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市一名張姓男子，前年9月30日下午因腰酸背痛不舒服，前往住家附近診所看病，但打完針後突染不適，衝到廁所嘔吐後身亡，陳妻因此怒告醫師與護士業務過失致死。
 
檢方調查，陳男死於心肌梗塞，院方提供注射藥物沒有問題，醫師也在陳男暈倒時進行心肺復甦術急救，仍回天乏術，檢方認為，陳男因心臟病發，造成血液供應不上心臟休克，純屬自然死亡，院方治療過程並無疏失。本月20日，檢方判該診所醫師與護士不起訴處分。
