酒駕大執法 取締900件

（中央社記者林長順台北16日電）警政署今天表示，酒駕新法上路，截至15日止，取締全台酒駕違規共900件，其中遭移送法辦614件，拒絕酒測76件。

酒駕加重罰則新法上路，警政署統計全國警察機關在13日至15日執行酒駕攔查數據，共取締酒駕違規900件，其中行經路檢點不依指示停車接受稽查2件、拒絕酒測76件、移送法辦614件。

警政署呼籲民眾，確實遵守酒駕規定，勿心存僥倖或為逃避移送法辦而拒絕酒測。

警政署表示，民眾若酒駕經攔查拒測，經執勤員警勸導和警告，並告知拒測可依法處新台幣9萬元罰鍰，並吊銷駕駛執照，3年不得再考領，如仍拒測，依道路交通管理處罰條例製單舉發。1020616
