基泰 拉回逢低布局

基泰（2538）受全球股市因Fed傳出恐怕減碼QE的利空影響，成為三大法人倒貨、提款的標的，上周高檔震盪、小跌3.3％，收在21.85元；成交量縮，惟長線維持買訊。

基泰手握台北多筆開發案，包括忠孝西路百億元都更商辦案、吳興街基泰世貿、大直道明中學住宅案、汐止都鐸薔薇等，以及基隆售地案挹注2012至2015共4年的EPS來源，法人估計2013至2017年業績無虞，其中2014至2015年可望進入獲利高峰；另外台北市都更案握有12處，為中長線土地來源。拉回可作中長線布局。
