5月1號勞動節因為公司工作量大增要求員工加班
在4月30號才貼出公告因配合業務需求勞動節正常上班無故未到扣公休一日看到公告當天我有口頭告知不能配合加班沒有寫請假單做為依據
在6月10號薪資單備註欄:5/1未到扣一日公休
找會計詢問原因給我的回答是我沒有請假無故未到
已有貼公告告知所以扣一天公休

請問這樣有符合勞基法規定嗎?
國定假日強制加班未到也沒向公司請假公司可以扣薪嗎?
