吳伯雄「一國兩區」 謝：不違憲

「吳習會」日前落幕，國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄提出「一中架構」，引發討論。行政院前院長謝長廷表示，吳伯雄的「一國兩區」說法，雖引發在野黨批評，但不能說它違憲；謝主張「兩岸兩憲」，並建議兩岸使用創意尋求特殊關係。
