仲介業之二代健保

我從事仲介業,因二代健保上路,公司也不甚了解,想請問了解或懂二代健保的大大們幫我解答!!
1.補充保費=2%嗎?
2.我從事仲介業也就是我的收入來源(佣金)=執行業務所得,但我沒有加入公司健保也要扣2%嗎?
3.公司在支付我所得前會預扣稅金與發票稅金,那若要扣2%是扣除以上稅金後再扣2%嗎?例如:50000(所得)-1000(預扣稅金)-1000(發票稅金)=48000(實際領)
48000(實際領x2%=960
或是50000(所得)-1000(預扣稅金)-1000(發票稅金)-(50000所得x2%)
