我是一家小公司老闆.只雇用2名員工.但無勞健保.免打卡.薪資現金發放.
員工工作內容為理貨.送貨.
日前發現某員工私下偷賣商品.竄改送貨單內容.口頭警告後依然故我.以辭退此員工
請問: 是否可對此員工提起告訴.例如為造文書.或侵占.
須提出何種證據.竄改之單據我有留下.是否可作為證據.
請各問幫幫忙
