監察院今天表示，南部科學工業園區高鐵減振工程弊案，監察院曾於100年12月15日通過糾正行政院國家科學委員會及南部科學工業園區管理局。

但95年10月完工後，發現廠商轉包不勞而獲利益竟逾30億元，嚴重損及政府公信力及權益，監委陳永祥、周陽山、李炳南自動調查，將深入追究本案當年預算編列、底價審核、議價、訂約、監造驗收及履約爭議處理等過程，是否草率有欠周延，或涉及違法失職。
