我世界競爭力跌至第11名　管中閔：台灣沒那麼差

瑞士洛桑國際管理學院(IMD)公布2013年世界競爭力年報，台灣排名從2012年的第7，滑落至第11名，為近4年新低。不過經建會主委管中閔表示，整體看來是有點落後，但並不特別嚴重，台灣沒有那麼差。

台灣這次在「經濟表現」、「政府效能」、「企業效能」、「基礎建設」等4大項目，排名也都退步。但管中閔指出，如果管查細項排名，其實是互有消長，不是全都下滑。

對於人才問題相關排名退步的現象，管中閔強調，政府近兩年也很努力的在改善環境，希望能留住人才，強化台灣的競爭力。

管中閔說，若以歷年競爭力排名來看，從1997年迄今，台灣在最近這4年，表現算是不錯，雖然總排名退步，不過細項是有進步的。
