手機綁約想過戶

我的合約還有8個月才到期...不過我想換手機了之前那支有點爛
我滿20歲了不過合約名字還是爸爸的
如果想過戶雙方需要到哪些證件???

還有我預算大約7000左右
想要辦中華電信samsung galaxy S3 mini 或sony xperia L
請問比較推薦哪一支?? 看網路上說SONY這支照相功能好像有問題欸....
