搭乘國道客運從台北火車站到台中火車站?

台北火車站-台中火車站疑問如下
1.台北火車站的國道客運搭乘地點,是台北轉運站(京站出口)那裡嗎?
   台北國道搭車地點計有2個地點
   統聯客運為台北轉運站3樓,請於台鐵地下街Y1 Y5出口出站後到台北轉運站,請
   先於1樓統聯櫃台購票後再搭乘手扶梯上樓
  國光客運台北西站B棟,位置於台鐵西3門前方200公尺
2.從台北火車站搭乘國道客運(任何一家),到台中台鐵火車站請問哪家比較快??
   聽說都會在中港路那裡停一次是嘛??
   統聯和國光客運速度差不多,約3小時,統聯/國光客運台北-中港路-台中會停靠
   朝馬,而台北-中清-台中則走中清路停靠水南
3.確切旅途時間大概多久??會比自強號快嗎???
   2.5-3小時,不會比自強號快
