反媒體壟斷法 不符數位匯流趨勢

針對反媒體壟斷法修法，親民黨立委李桐豪今天說，目前在立法院委員會討論的各版本，是滿足朝野各自的政治目的，不符合數位匯流的時代趨勢，限制媒體發展，讓媒體都變成中小企業。反媒體壟斷法的重點，應著重播報內容，落實有效的申訴機制、事後審議，和賠償、恢復名譽等事後處罰等，才是重點，親民黨會在審查時表達意見，但不會提出自己的版本。
