20元明礬假冒安非他命　男詐欺取財判4月

有毒品前科的張姓男子掌握吸毒者買毒被詐不敢報警的心態，與陳姓、廖姓同夥共謀，在雜貨店以20元購買明礬，充當1兩的安非他命於網路上以7萬5千元價格販售給綽號「阿炮」的牛姓男子，牛男不甘被騙報警卻稱遇上強盜。

檢警追查後，牛男己因誣告被判刑2月，台中地院則依詐欺取財各判張男、廖男有期徒刑4月，陳彥名則移送軍事法庭。
