菲律賓沒誠信! 法務部再上火線

菲律賓槍殺我國漁民，調查小組昨天返國，隨即召開記者會，痛批菲國沒有誠信；而今天，法務部再度召開國際記者會，重申共同調查工作「目前仍未中斷，希望近日內，取得具體調查成果後，調查小組會再去菲律賓，或由菲方派人來台灣調查」。

法務部次長陳明堂，率領調查團隊，進行國際記者會，強調已經找到彈頭，就比較容易比對出擊發槍枝，以槍追人找出開槍兇手。法務部次長陳明堂，除了報告了偵查進度，我國與菲律賓有，司法互助協定，基於互惠原則，共同調查是不會侵害到互相的司法權。

現在台菲雙方合作調查，都必須誠實以對，因為被射殺的廣大興28號現在在台灣，而殺人凶器機槍在菲律賓，要是各說各話，是沒有一方可以單獨找出真相。
