單手投籃姿勢

請問一下以上4位聯盟好手那個人的投籃姿勢比較標準?
因為我想練標準的單手投籃
雖說我現在已經是單手投籃了,姿勢也沒說很怪異,但是就想練更標準一點

另外

單手投籃的出力方式,是投籃手自然的打直出去嘛?可是那樣看起來很像用推的...
還是說投石機那樣把球投出去?
