牆壁疑似水痕....請問該怎麼處理？

去年剛入手"舊家"~~~

高雄南部3樓半透天~~~前一手已整修過~~~

這幾天連日大雨，發現一些不尋常的地方....

情況如下圖：

我個人是猜測可能窗框之前安裝沒灌漿灌飽，或是窗框過大因應力產生裂縫，

所以有滲水的情況產生，請問這種要怎麼處理呢？是外面再上一層防水膠嗎？

還是要請人來打針了？

還有那一條整齊的水痕是怎麼回事？是冷氣排水管線有漏嗎？我的冷氣還沒裝....
