台鐵斷線　民眾中壢站扭斷腳

台鐵斷線事故，意外在中壢站造成謝姓男子(39歲)扭斷腳踝。上午八時三十分許他到中壢站準備搭火車到桃園與同事會合一起出遊，剛好遇到斷線，由於第一月台停著出事故的太魯閣號，他聽廣播北上要轉到第二月台搭車，到了第二月台沒多久廣播又說全線停駛，一堆人急著下車要出火車站轉乘其他交通工具，他也要出去搭公車，就在走下第二月台地下道時，因為人太多他一腳踏空「翻船」，從階梯上滾下來左腳踝骨折。
 
謝說從上午九點多進天晟醫院後，到晚上沒看到台鐵人員出現，連一通慰問電話都沒有，台鐵網路上民眾受傷時的SOP作業準則根本是放假的。(吳詠平／桃園報導)
