中油新板特區土地 16號招商說明

中油公司兩年來配合經濟部活化資產計畫，陸續釋出在全台各地十四筆土地的地上權，總市價約新台幣兩百三十五億元。其中包括，愛山林建設得標的台北市長春路土地今天（6號）簽約，未稅的權利金八點六億元，年租金是申報地價的百分之六點二五，以去年申報地價估算，中油一年可坐收約九百零九萬元。

中油公司表示，去年釋出台北市龍江路、承德路、新竹大學路三筆土地，以及中油轉投資的台耀公司土地，和臺北市重慶南路大樓等五件活化案，今年起每年的權利金和租金可為中油增加九千一百五十九萬的收入。今年還將釋出新北市板橋縣民大道上、緊鄰中山國中的精華地段土地，面積有三千多坪，是新板特區僅存唯一大面積方整土地，中油預計在十六號舉辦招商說明會。
