中華電信光世代20M 升 60M FTTB 需要多久時間?

我從11/25號提出申請了, 快一個月的時間, 到現在還沒到升到60M.
在這段時間都是要打去摧他們才來, 目前只有把光纖線拉定位及新的黑龜裝好,
60M 還是無法上, 只能夠用舊的黑龜20M 來使用.
外包說機房問題, 機房說, 設備問題, 現在又說, 機房的線路還沒改.

我們家這邊最高可申請100/100M

申請個升速不曉得大家都大約多久完工呢?
