貪法官賣案養妻妾　停職送監院

【許淑惠／台中報導】台中高分院法官胡景彬涉嫌賣案養妻妾，還被特偵組查出，他有3億財產來源不明，上午特偵組大動作召開記者會，搬出從胡家搜出的高級洋酒、人蔘和現金2700萬元。對此台中高分院行政庭長吳火川表示：「尊重檢察署依職權調查。」吳火川指出，胡在8月29日遭收押後即遭停職，目前已移送監察院審查中，若監察院審查予以彈劾，會再交由司法院職務法庭裁決。
