超商店員暗槓10萬 判刑8月

擔任超商店員的賴姓男子，趁大夜班四下無人，竟動歪腦筋暗中侵吞收到的新台幣12萬餘元。台北地院依業務侵占罪，判刑8月。

法院判決指出，賴男過去因妨害兵役治罪條例遭到判刑確定。民國101年9月起在台北市大安區一家超商擔任大夜班店員，卻在同年12月間將收款12萬餘元私自侵吞，店長結帳發現有異，開除賴男並報警處理。

法官審酌他坦承犯行，依業務侵佔罪判處8月徒刑，全案可上訴。
