台股下跌42點，收8,375點，成交量762億元。

歐美股市昨天都收平盤，台股今天開盤不久即因賣壓跌入盤下，因國際盤在高點，投資人擔心隨時會拉回修正，採觀望心態，權值股台積電、鴻海、F-TPK等都走弱。10時後陸股開盤，仍是平盤，盤面上主要反映11月營收表現和4G概念股，如智原、先豐、譁裕等都收漲停。盤中雖一度拉抬，但不敵賣壓，終場收在今天相對低點附近。

技術面，今天指數跌破5日線，日KD有死亡交叉的疑慮；周KD的K線和D線相接，是否黃金交叉要看明天本周最後一個交易日。

成交量前五大是群創、勝華、錸德、友達、中環；成交值前五大是F-TPK、鴻海、台積電、大立光、新日光。

類股漲跌方面，漲幅較大的有資訊服務、水泥、觀光、汽車、通信網路；跌幅較大的有玻璃、電子零件、百貨貿易、油電、電機、橡膠、營建、半導體、金融。
