拜登：中國應負責區域穩定

（法新社北京5日電）美國副總統拜登今天表示，中國大陸必須舒緩亞太地區緊張關係，為區域穩定和安全承擔更大責任。

拜登在結束大陸訪問前，在北京告訴多名美國企業主管：「中國近期驟然宣布劃定新防空識別區，講明來說，已造成此區域相當程度的憂懼。」

他說：「我跟習近平主席會談時，關於我方堅定立場和期望，我態度非常直接。」

拜登說，美國在這個地區擁有深切的利害關係，而大陸的區域利害關係也會持續增加。

拜登說：「這也就是中國在正向協助和平和安全上，何以承擔愈來愈大責任的原因。這意謂（中國必須）採取措施，降低意外衝突和誤判情勢風險…並避免做出一些可能加劇緊張關係的措施。」
