出門沒上車資上網借不還　女詐欺判4月

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】周姓女子(31歲)2年前上網以出門沒車資、家人生病住院、積欠親戚錢財要還等理由，向網友借錢，每次金額從200元到6000元不等，共12名網友受騙上當，其中一名盧姓網友每次借款周女200元，多達5次。
 
台中地院法官認為，周女正值青春，不思上進，竟利用他人協助她應急的善意，多次訛騙錢財，實屬不該，但犯後坦承，態度良好，依詐欺罪判刑4月，可易科罰金，以資警戒。
