三芝斷橋鋼索鏽蝕　疑人為疏失將調查

【石永軒／新北報導】新北市三芝區根德吊橋昨天下午突然斷裂，造成橋上4人墜落送醫，其中重傷的婦人因肋骨斷裂氣胸插管救治。

今天上午新北市政府工務局、養工處，會同土木技師公會和結構技師公會到場勘驗。技師公會表示，斷裂處在垂吊纜繩跟吊橋的接頭處，因事發地靠近海邊，疑因鹽分造成鏽蝕嚴重斷裂引發連鎖反應，造成其他纜線跟著斷裂。而繡蝕處原本應有防水套，但今天勘驗時卻未發現，有可能是並未確實安裝造成脫落遺失，或甚至未安裝。

工務局總工程師包晃豪表示，9月時區公所曾委託檢修單位對吊橋進行安全檢測，均顯示良好，針對是否有人為疏失部分將會進行調查。
