金門高職 芋頭牛軋糖玩混搭

不讓金門大學芋頭酥、芋頭蛋糕專美於前，金門高職園藝科結合特產業者推出芋頭牛軋糖，希望藉此再創金門「芋頭傳奇」，同時協助學生培養一技之長。

學生呂佳敬坦言自己成績總是在及格邊緣，對於學校安排這個課程，覺得相當有意義；自己很認真學習，除可培養一技之長，未來如果沒再升學，不排除以此基礎進入特產行業工作。

學生王心怡也說，自己功課還可以，學習製作牛軋糖是當做興趣；這個特殊課程可以創造金門芋頭的附加價值。

在縣府建設處的居中牽線下，金門高職校友同時也是良金牧場負責人薛承琛，邀請名師陳忠鑠跨海指導學生如何用簡單的糖、蛋白、奶粉、堅果及芋頭等原料，做出香甜又好吃的牛軋糖。

教師劉溪丁表示，自己是土生土長的烈嶼鄉（小金門）人，由於土壤含有豐富的鈣、鐵等礦物質，再加上純淨的水，小金門才能種出舉國聞名的檳榔芋頭；這款產品就叫「金烈」芋頭牛軋糖，希望能透過產學合作方式，為農友與特產業者開創另條生路。
