【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，東北季風影響，今天基隆北海岸、東半部地區及大台北山區有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，沿海及離島防強風。

氣象局表示。台灣沿海地區及蘭嶼、綠島、澎湖、金門、馬祖地區將有8至10級強陣風出現，請注意。
