水土保持爭議 果農告林務局

來自南投梨山十多名果農，今天上午到台北地檢署按鈴控告林務局涉犯瀆職、公共危險、偽造文書等罪嫌。

梨山地區的三百多戶果農，原本是隨政府來台開墾的軍人，四十多年前被就地安置轉型為果農，但林務局三年前開始，以水土保持為理由收回土地，強拆房屋、果園，要果農搬遷引發抗爭，有果農以自殺方式表達抗議，這名果農今天也有來到北檢，他是仁愛鄉榮興村的村長葉進，他說，林務局錯誤的政策，扼殺果農工作與生存權。

果農認為，政府罔顧果農生存的權利，又不能達到水土保持的目的，所以提告。
