怕被違法監聽 立委人心惶惶

立法院長王金平涉入關說疑雲，不少立委人心惶惶，國民黨立委林明溱甚至在自己來電答鈴內加錄一段講話要小心的話來自保，但對於特偵組強調，監聽行為一切合法，民進黨團總召柯建銘發出聲明，指控特偵組說謊，因為從頭到尾特偵組都沒依法發給他監聽票。

才說絕不會讓違法監聽事件，在自己總統任內發生，但這一回立法院長王金平和民進黨團總召柯建銘，雙雙被特偵組以行政調查，關說司法案件為由，監聽蒐證，備受外界質疑。

涉嫌關說的民進黨黨團總召柯建銘，也發出聲明，以特偵組說謊為標題，對監聽手段的合法性提出質疑，因為特偵組宣稱，民國100年立案調查後，到102年9月5日，以查無事證，全案不起訴簽結，但吊詭的是，特偵組又說，關說案件，是在民國102年底才展開監聽，究竟是監聽什麼，特偵組卻未依法，發出監聽票，引發違法違憲爭議。

立委也是人心惶惶，就怕也成為違法監聽對象，即使身為執政黨立委，林明溱也自錄一段來電答鈴提醒來電的選民們，別亂說話，監聽疑雲，讓立法院內草木皆兵。
