批馬違法監聽　蘇：還有什麼不能做？

【綜合報導】總統馬英九，批評立法院長王金平被指關說案，是台灣民主法治最恥辱的一天，民進黨主席蘇貞昌今天晚上召開記者會，指馬英九兩度召開記者會，鬥爭打擊政敵，還把自己犯罪的行為正當化，這才是台灣民主政治最黑暗的一天。
 
蘇貞昌說，馬英九透過不法監聽手段，竊取國會議長的通聯內容，扭曲司法人員的正直，甚至直接參與司法偵查中的個案，自己做判決，這樣操弄司法的做法，顯然已經逾越憲法賦予總統應有的職權，如果總統可以這樣違法違憲，馬總統還有什麼不能做的？
 
蘇貞昌說，如果這不是政治鬥爭，什麼才是政治鬥爭？如果這不是干涉司法，什麼才是干涉司法？如果這不是違法手段，什麼才是違法手段？如果這不是憲政危機，什麼才是憲政危機？
