房仲新手~希望能有老手能傳授方法

1.已經加入房屋仲介兩個禮拜了!但是知道除了知道開發的方法有沿路發名片以及遇到人就問附近有無房屋需要銷售發名片，看空屋調謄本去詢問屋主是否要賣，因為上述方法到現在成效為0，請問各位前輩有什麼建議嗎?繼續用這種方法開發可以嗎?還是有更好的或是更適合新手的方法?

2.因為是零基礎加入房仲(高專)，公司待遇不錯，基本上所有的開銷都是公司給付，前輩們也都很和諧，只要我問問題基本上他們都會錦囊相授，重點是我不知道該問什麼。因為我連最基本的都還不懂。有什麼書或是可以自學的方法讓我了解房仲該有的專業或常識嗎?(因為銷售員的開班以及考試要到下個月，所以我真的什麼都不懂)

4.然後有什麼每天必做的功課，前輩是叫我看報紙、財金的社會的有關房產這塊的涉獵，除此之外各位前輩們還有什麼建議嗎?感謝大家!
