德國銀行體系展望 穆迪提高至穩定

穆迪公司（Moody's）6日把德國銀行體系債信評等展望從「負向」提高至「穩定」，為2008年以來首見，主因是提高資本緩衝，和金融危機造成的虧損已減少。

穆迪在聲明中說，提高展望反映「歷經一年來與危機相關虧損減少和資本體質改善，德國銀行業現在已更能承受不利的市場環境…資本水位將進一步強化，雖然隨著銀行業處理遺留的不良投資，未來12到18個月的資產品質將略為惡化」。

德國已加入其他國家的行列，規定銀行業提高資本，以避免2008年雷曼兄弟破產後、必須仰賴公帑紓困的歷史重演。穆迪說，由於決策者致力於尋找清算倒閉銀行的方法，未來政府介入挽救銀行業的可能性已降低。

不過，穆迪仍預測「德國銀行體系在2013到2014年展望期間的盈餘和效率都將惡化，原因是低利率和產能過剩將持續對利潤帶來壓力」。
