淡水河岸景觀宅　每坪挑戰70萬大關

【劉曉霞／台北報導】建商指出，受到淡水、八里「天際線管制」政策影響，淡水河兩岸景觀宅房價飆升，大隱建設去年推出的「頤海大院」景觀戶每坪成交價超出60萬元，預料新推景觀宅預售案每坪單價將可站上70萬元。

鄉林不動產研究室指出，景觀住宅地段稀有珍貴、賣相佳，鄉林、大隱、達麗等建商卡位興建高檔休閒住宅，房價相對較高，每坪平均開價50~70萬元。淡海新市鎮因為淡水輕軌定案，宏盛、川普及興富發等建商皆看好首購需求紛紛推案，每坪約25~30萬元。
