投審會通過GAP來台投資　2014年上半年台北開首間旗艦店

經濟部投資審議委員會今（29）日通過美商GAP的來台投資案，預計將於2014年上半年在台北開設台灣首間旗艦店；同時，也通過GOOGLE的來台投資案。

投審會今日委員會議共核准及核備僑外投資案件、陸資投資案件及對大陸投資案件13件，除了備受矚目的大陸商三安光電參股燦圓光電案外，也通過7件僑外商來台投資案，包括GAP與GOOGLE的投資案。

投審會表示，美商THE GAP, INC.經營美國服裝飾品，該集團擁有GAP、Banana Republic、Old Navy、Piperlime等品牌，此次申請匯入相當於新台幣5,100萬元的等值外幣作為股本投資，投資設立台灣蓋璞有限公司，預計將於2014年上半年在台北開設台灣首間旗艦店。

另外，愛爾蘭商GOOGLE IRELAND HOLDINGS，則是申請匯入相當於新台幣1億4,899萬5,015元的等值外幣作為股本投資，增資國內立景光電，預計將可加速技術開發並有效提昇生產製造產能。
