標題[問題] 車禍賠償問題

因老弟的Mazada 3被一台貨車逆向撞擊，明顯對方100%肇責，即使閃到機車道，左邊車頭還是幾乎全毀，修起來10~20萬跑不掉，想直接回原廠處理，但對方可能會有很多意見，不想拖延修理時間，所以想由己方先出險，再由保險公司向對方求償，不知這樣是否可行？請板上大大們分享車禍處理經驗，謝謝！ ps:手機排版可能有點亂，請見諒。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.79.138.22
