台灣大哥大Amazing A5話筒聲音破音

最近購入台哥大的A5，第一天使用就發現對方講話的聲音有時會分叉，類似破音，馬上拿去直營店，3天後店家直接換1支新的給我，但這支新的設定在普通音量是OK，但如果在戶外設成接近最大聲時，就又會出現分叉的情形。

如果每天接聽電話都會聽到分叉的聲音，真的是會蠻難受的，但又覺得這支手機CP值高還不錯用。請問有人有相同的情形嗎？是個案還是這個型號都這樣？我還要再拿去換第2次嗎？
