IEA：原油需求下修 OPEC受威脅

國際能源總署(IEA)今天(9日)表示，受到全球經濟成長不穩定的影響，全球石油需求也跟著縮減。IEA並指出，全球經濟展望不振，以及各國積極開發油頁岩，也都對石油輸出國家組織(OPEC)構成影響。

在國際貨幣基金(IMF)日前下修全球經濟預測後，IEA今天宣布下修今年及明年的全球石油成長預測。

IMF於今年7月，將今年全球經濟成長由先前的3.3%下修至3.1%，受此影響，IEA也下修全球石油需求預測，每天減少3萬桶，來到每天89萬5千桶。

此外，IMF也將明年的經濟成長，由先前的4.0%正修至3.8%，因此雖然IEA之前預測明年石油需求將呈現成長走勢，但今天仍下修明年石油成長預測，由之前的每天120萬桶，減少至110萬桶。
