中華通訊假借問卷中獎送空機等理由，誘騙受害人持雙證件至"台南市東區中華東路二段88號檢視圖片"新開幕門市，電話中強調人去不用帶錢但要帶雙證件!
結束電話後傳簡訊:
[XXX小姐，您活動贈品已保留，請持簡訊&雙證件至門市，活動編號XXX，【中華通訊】台南市東區中華東路二段88號檢視圖片電話06-2366296]

想問一下，若已簽下三年約並開卡+平版試完，現在有點後悔，請問有什麼方法可以補救，可以退嗎?? (6/21取機，今天是第三天)
