摘要：致力爭人權、爭保障網路隱私權的還有爆料者史諾登，因為揭發美國政府的網路監控，而展開全球大逃亡，儘管美國政府已經吊銷了他的護照，但他仍然安全離開香港，抵達俄羅斯。美國方面不但對香港的做法很氣憤，並且警告所有可能協助史諾登的國家，不要收容他。而在稍早台灣時間下午6點5分他已經搭上飛往古巴的班機，很有可能轉往厄瓜多。
