美5月單戶住宅營建許可創5年新高

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】美國商務部公布，5月新屋開工數由4月的85.6萬戶攀升至91.4萬戶，低於先前市場預估目標95萬戶，不過5月單戶住宅營建許可攀升至62.2萬戶，創下5年來新高紀錄，顯示房市前景佳，有助於支撐美國經濟成長。
 
4Cast經濟學家史洛安說：「美國房市正邁向復甦，住宅銷售呈現成長跡象，房價也開始上漲，顯示民眾有購買意願。」
