【楊喻斐／桃園報導】IC載板大廠南電（8046）總經理張家鈁表示，公司很努力往市場成長多的方向走，積極爭取新客戶與訂單，目前通訊應用的FC CSP（晶片尺寸覆晶封裝）佔整體IC載板已提升到30%。

張家鈁也說，儘管英特爾新平台Haswell上市，但要看轉換的速度，現在對於下半年個人電腦的市況還不是很樂觀，公司會很努力，客戶拉貨情況正在增溫，預估下半年的營運狀況將會優於上半年。

另外，張家鈁也談到找人的問題，他說，現在找人真的很難，尤其前一陣子公司人員才剛從越南回來，也建議外勞選擇來台塑集團工作，因台塑集團不會透過人力仲介公司，這樣才不會被剝削。
