網路常斷線 但幾分鐘後又好了(有圖)

常常上網用到一半 視窗就變成這樣 有時候出現DNS...?
此時也會發現網路連線小圖出現三角驚嘆號 
 檢視圖片  檢視圖片 
可是過大約1~2分鐘後又恢復了
我家的網路只有1mb有無線也有設密碼
防毒軟體是用AVAST!
請問問題出在哪裡? 什麼方法可以不要再有這樣情況發生?
