美眾議院通過 禁20周孕婦墮胎

（法新社華盛頓18日電） 美國聯邦眾議院今天通過共和黨提出的1項法案，禁止懷孕20週以上婦女墮胎，這是美國近10年來最嚴格的反墮胎法案之一。

「保護能感受疼痛胎兒法案」（Pain-CapableUnborn Child Protection Act）在眾議院以228票對196票通過，不過這項象徵性立法，歐巴馬政府不可能簽署入法。

白宮昨天揚言否絕這項法案，聲稱這是「侵犯婦女的選擇權」。

眾議院議長貝納（John Boehner）盛讚法案通過是「所有生命都很珍貴」的有力宣言，並指出先前發生高斯奈（Kermit Gosnell）醫師在診所非法進行後期墮胎遭起訴。（譯者：中央社陳怡君）
