因為我是中華電信183續約
但我想要搭配一個熱線
但我記得中華電信好像至少費率要383以上才會免費贈送一個熱線

我想問的是
我一定要升級到383才可以有熱線嗎
有沒有方案是
183也可以加一個熱線的
我只要一個就好了
如果要加一點錢沒有關係

因為個人覺得383石在對我來說有點太多了= =
一個月也打不到383
